1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and heybaij ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the heybaij website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotional features, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating an account on heybaij, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion available on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms apply at all times during your use of the Platform and continue to apply in respect of any winnings, bonuses, or account balances after you cease using the Platform.

heybaij reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent in-platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all cases, including any dispute about the interpretation of a particular provision.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use heybaij, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity in your use of the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from heybaij under any prior account.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You understand that online gaming may not be legal in all jurisdictions and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your compliance with locally applicable laws before using the Platform.

heybaij reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Age verification documents may include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Where a player is found to be under 18 years of age, heybaij will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and return any deposited funds that remain on the account, less any amounts already paid out as winnings, which will be recovered.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on heybaij. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, heybaij reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets and bonuses, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

When registering on heybaij, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your heybaij login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. heybaij will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify our support team immediately at support@heybaij. heybaij may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation to protect your funds.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

heybaij may at any time request that you complete identity verification ("KYC") by submitting one or more of the following documents: National Identity Card (NID), passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by heybaij may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

heybaij currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice. heybaij reserves the right to add or remove payment method support at its sole discretion.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount on heybaij is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and are subject to change. heybaij may impose additional limits on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly during account verification or fraud investigation procedures.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are processed within 24 hours under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. heybaij is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, mobile financial service provider, or other third-party payment intermediaries.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. heybaij will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to accounts in names other than the registered account holder.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on heybaij are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). heybaij does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any funds deposited or won are held and displayed in BDT.

4.5 Responsible Use of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your heybaij account are from legitimate sources and are entirely your own. heybaij strictly prohibits the use of the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Any suspected misuse will be reported to relevant authorities and the account will be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility and General Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on heybaij are subject to individual bonus terms, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable bonus terms, all bonuses credited to a heybaij account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and minimum odds (where applicable for sports betting bonuses) will be specified in the individual bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

heybaij actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, placing hedging bets designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Where bonus abuse is detected, heybaij reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account concerned.

5.4 Promotional Validity

All promotions offered by heybaij are valid for the period stated in the individual offer. heybaij reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any change will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited in full to a player's account.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games available on heybaij — including slots, live casino tables, and arcade games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by independent game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The outcomes of all games are determined by these independently certified systems. heybaij does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on heybaij are subject to the specific rules for that sport as published in the betting rules section of the Platform. In general: bets are void if a match is abandoned before completion of the minimum required play; live (in-play) bets accepted after an event or incident has occurred but before the odds are updated will be voided; and the decision of heybaij's trading team regarding the settlement of any bet shall be final.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error on the heybaij Platform, the Company reserves the right to void any bets affected by such an error, regardless of whether the error appeared to favour the player or the house. heybaij will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and to restore account balances to the state they were in prior to the erroneous event.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

heybaij is not responsible for interrupted gameplay caused by loss of internet connectivity on the player's side. In the event of disconnection during a live casino game, the result will be determined as soon as the game session is re-established or, where the game round has been completed, as per the game provider's recorded outcome.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using heybaij, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or account management.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any way not sanctioned by heybaij.
• Attempting to access the Platform or any player account that does not belong to you.
• Using the Platform in furtherance of any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or the financing of unlawful enterprises.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software — any such issue must be reported to support@heybaij immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward heybaij staff or other players via any channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any software used by heybaij.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, permanent ban from the Platform, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your heybaij account at any time by contacting our support team at support@heybaij. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, heybaij will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining balance to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no investigation is ongoing.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by heybaij

heybaij reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or unverifiable identification information.
• The account is suspected of being used for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• The player has registered multiple accounts.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk management, legal, or reputational concern for heybaij.

Where an account is closed by heybaij for breach of these Terms, any account balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need to take a break from gaming may request a voluntary self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion options range from a temporary cool-off period to a long-term exclusion of up to five years.
